What can I win?

• Each time You complete a survey, points are allocated to Your account.
• The number of points that You may earn is based on the complexity and the time needed to fill in the survey.
• Information about the number of points you can earn will be found in each Survey Invitation email that You receive from us.
• Points collected for answering surveys have a set monetary value and can be cashed only after certain threshold (57 BGN = 300 points) is met.

How can I view my rewards?

• You must be logged in to see Your points. They will be visible under "LOGIN" in the "REWARDS" section where You will be able to see Your balance.
• If you have reached the the threshold of 300 points, You will receive an email by us explaining how to cash them out based on the kind of payment and receipt you have selected.

How can I claim my rewards?

• When you reach the predetermined threshold of 300 points / 57 BGN, you can cash your money through a bank transfer or personally, as well as in the form of vouchers.
• How do I redeem points accumulated so far?
• Sign in to your account
• Press the "YOUR PROFILE" button
• Press the "REDEEM REWARDS" button
• You will receive an email from us explaining what steps to take next in order to receive your reward according to the kind of payment you have selected.
